Notes

Addresses are the hexadecimal 'Address' column of Schneider's ComPacT NSX Modbus communication user guide DOCA0213EN converted to decimal; that column is the address used in the Modbus frame, while the guide's 'Register' column is address + 1 (0x7CFF = frame address 31999 = register 32000). The map is the standard data set of the guide for ComPacT NSX 100-630 circuit breakers with Micrologic 5, 6 or 7 trip units; every register carries the trip-unit families it exists for. The 32-bit energy counters at 1999-2030 come from the same guide's legacy data set, because the standard data set publishes those counters only as 64-bit integers (Wh/VARh/VAh), which this format cannot express. The registers from 11743 are the IFM interface identification block (ASCII fields). On site the breaker is reached through the IFM Modbus serial interface (rotary-switch slave address, auto speed sensing; set the gateway to the network's speed and parity - the usual setting is 19200 bps, 8E1) or through the IFE Ethernet interface, which serves the same map over Modbus TCP. Protection settings and commands (thresholds, reset, control) are written through the command interface with function code 16 to a command register and are listed as write-only or read-write where the guide allows it.
