Notes
SMA Modbus profile registers, taken from the evcc templates https://raw.githubusercontent.com/evcc-io/evcc/master/templates/definition/meter/sma-si-modbus.yaml and https://raw.githubusercontent.com/evcc-io/evcc/master/templates/definition/meter/sma-hybrid.yaml and named after the SMA Modbus profile. Modbus TCP has to be enabled on the device (slave = 3), port 502, unit ID 3; the SI needs a Speedwire or Data Manager interface for that. Measurement values are input registers in the 30xxx area, setpoints holding registers in the 40xxx area, matching the Sunny Boy/Tripower seed. The metering energy counters of this profile (Metering.TotWhIn/TotWhOut) are 64-bit values and are left out. The active power setpoint (40149) is a signed setpoint: negative values charge the battery. WCtlComAct 802 activates the external setpoint, 803 hands control back to the device. 40149 and 40151 are the only write registers in this map and are exactly what evcc writes for active battery control; every input register is read-only. Category changed from Battery inverter to Home battery (storage-centred).
