| Address | Count | Name | Type | Unit | Scale | Access |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 12288 | 1 | Battery voltage | UInt16 | V | 0.1 | R |
| 12289 | 1 | Battery current | Int16 | A | 0.1 | R |
| 12291 | 1 | Battery state of charge | UInt16 | % | 1 | R |

| 16389 | 1 | PV2 power | Int16 | W | 1 | R |
| 16407 | 1 | Net side active power Signed; the cited template's comment says a negative register value means import from the grid and a positive one means export, and the template negates the value. | Int16 | W | -1 | R |

Notes
RS-485 device: the cited template states 9600 baud and unit ID 1, and it does not override evcc's default 8N1 framing - so reach it through a Modbus RTU-to-TCP gateway at 9600 8N1. That framing is the weakest claim in this file: the source states the baud rate explicitly but not the parity/stop bits, so verify it in the inverter menu if the gateway gets no answer. Source: the evcc meter template https://raw.githubusercontent.com/evcc-io/evcc/master/templates/definition/meter/sermatec-hybrid.yaml, used as a secondary source; no Sermatec register document was retrieved. The template covers the SMT-5K-TL-LV and SMT-10K-TL-LV hybrid inverters and publishes only the six values above, all in holding registers: battery voltage, current and SoC at 0x3000-0x3003, PV1/PV2 power at 0x4002/0x4005 and the net side active power at 0x4017. Battery power is not a register of its own - the template multiplies battery voltage by battery current - so the app can build the same calculated row. Everything else (grid voltages, per-string voltage/current, temperatures, energy counters, settings) is absent from the cited source and therefore not guessed here.
